Smallshard laughed happily laying on the stars, as he watched his sister sneak away from camp, Then almost getting caught, "you should know better, Ravenstar" he purred amused, he would have to wait till tonight to tell her how funny she is. Smallshard sighed "of course, she'd try to kill me if i tell her she's funny, but i'm already in spiritclan so it won't hurt!" he mused, remembering how ice cold her heart is, 'but she does show feelings sometimes' he thought.
Flashback-
Two black cats the size of kits, walked through a field of sun flowers, Smallpaw limped behind Ravenpaw, he had got a thorn stuck in his paw but didn't tell her, Quickly she turned around "your limping why" she asked coldly, Smallpaw smiled "it's nothing" he answered, Ravenpaw gave him a look that said yea-right, Smallpaw sighed, "okay i got a thorn stuck in my paw, when i tried to get it out, it started bleeding, nothing to worry about...right" he told her. Ravenpaw's eyes filled with worry "does it hurt alot" she ask Smallpaw was taken back, Ravenpaw cared about him, Smallpaw nodded "yea, but i'm fine, really". Ravenpaw nodded and nudged him, he lost his balance and stepped on his bad paw, "OWWW!" he yowled, Ravenpaw smirked.
Smallpaw smiled at her, "okay so i'm not fine" he lifted his paw and showed her the thorn. Ravenpaw nodded and pulled it out, Smallpaws face twisted with pain, but smiled when it was out, "that feels much better" he purred, Ravenpaw smiled "that's good, now let's get home" she meowed, Smallpaw nodded. And the two small cats padded away.
Smallshard purred, "we were small cats even back then" he laughed.
Flashback-
